Camps & Clinics
At Golden Spikes, our clinics and skills classes are more than drills—they’re focused, position-specific sessions led by coaches who know what it takes to compete. Whether your player needs to sharpen their swing, get more confident behind the plate, or learn how to think two plays ahead, our training is built to close gaps and deliver results. We offer short-term intensives, weekly classes, and seasonal prep blocks so families can choose what fits best—without compromising on serious development.
SEPTEMBER YOUTH PITCHING CLASS
Build Better Movement. Throw Better Pitches.
This 5-week youth pitching development program focused on velocity, command, recovery, and efficient movement—without simply asking athletes to throw more.
This summer, the pitchers who committed to our full two-month high school program gained approximately 3–4 MPH, while also improving command, recovery, and overall movement quality.
Now we’re bringing the same movement-based training system to our youth pitchers.
Only 9 pitchers will be accepted.
What We Saw During Our Summer Program: More Velocity Was Only Part of the Story
This summer gave us an opportunity to see what happens when pitchers stop focusing solely on throwing more and start learning to move more efficiently. Athletes who committed to the full two-month high school pitching program gained approximately +3–4 MPH!
But velocity wasn’t the only improvement. We also saw:
- Better strike percentage and command
- Improved recovery between throwing sessions
- Cleaner, more efficient arm action
- Better overall movement quality
One of our athletes, Kurt Marton, started the summer at 90 MPH and climbed to 94 MPH. Click To Watch Kurt In Action.
Better Pitchers Start With Better Movement
We Don’t Simply Have Athletes Throw More. Every pitcher is different. That’s why we don’t believe in giving every athlete the same drills, the same mechanical cues, or the same throwing prescription. The body has multiple ways to accomplish a throw—but some movement patterns are more efficient than others. Our job is to identify what each athlete is doing, determine where movement can improve, and give him drills that address what his body actually needs.
The goal is to help young pitchers develop movement patterns that can support:
- Increased velocity
- Better command
- More repeatable mechanics
- Cleaner arm action
- Improved recovery
- Continued long-term development

How The Program Works
Individualized Coaching Inside a Small-Group Environment. With only 9 pitchers, we’re able to give each athlete significantly more individual attention than he would receive in a large pitching clinic.
- Video Analysis. We look at the athlete’s actual delivery to identify movement patterns, sequencing, and areas that may be limiting efficiency.
- Movement Assessment. We evaluate how the athlete moves away from the mound—not just what happens when the baseball is in his hand.
- Individualized Drill Prescription. Based on what we see, athletes receive throwing drills and movement enhancers designed around their individual needs.
- Movement Development. We train the positions and movement sequences necessary for a more efficient, repeatable throw.
- Coaching + Adjustment. As movement changes, coaching changes with it. We continue evaluating what we’re seeing instead of putting an athlete through the same predetermined collection of drills every week.
Every drill has a purpose. Every movement has a reason.
Ready To Get Started?
Only 9 Pitchers Will Be Accepted. Small class size is intentional. It allows us to provide the video analysis, movement coaching, drill prescription, and individual attention that make this program different.
Once all 9 positions have been filled, September registration will close.

Alex’s program has developed my son into one of our leagues top strikes thrower at 10 years old. In just one Rocket Arm Session he has increased velocity, accuracy, and consistency. Thanks Coach Alex!
